How it works

1Share your link. Post it where your audience is, with a clear #ad or "affiliate link" label.

2They pay. Someone you referred pays for an eligible product, such as a bAds campaign or an AI-made bAd.

3You earn after 30 days. Your commission is held for 30 days to cover refunds, then paid to your paymail.

You earn only on confirmed payments, never on clicks, sign-ups or views. The sale goes to the last partner link clicked (a 30-day cookie) or the referral code entered at checkout. One partner per sale.

The rates

Commission is worked out on the net amount paid: after network fees, refunds and chargebacks. For Direct jobs, it's on the amount released from escrow.

What doesn't earn

No commission, ever, on:

Token sales of any kind: curve sales, launches, token buys, or any token or NFT sold as a holding.
Shares and investments: bShares, register placements, or anything sold as an investment.
Adult products.
Self-referrals: buying through your own link, or referrals between accounts that belong to the same person.

The rules

Say you're paid. Every post with your link carries "#ad" or "affiliate link", as UK advertising rules (CAP code, ASA) require.
No spam. Don't flood feeds, inboxes or comments, and don't tag strangers.
No brand bidding. Don't buy search ads on bAdvertisingX, bAds, bWalletX or our other names.
No impersonation. Don't pretend to be us, and no fake reviews.
Follow the bAds ad rules. No financial promotion, no gambling, no talk of investments or prices, and no "earn money" claims about our products.

Break a rule and any unpaid commission is forfeited and the partner account is closed. Every decision is recorded.

Payouts and tax

30-day hold. Each commission is held for 30 days so refunds and fraud can be taken back first.
$10 minimum. Smaller balances roll over to the next payout.
Weekly, in BSV. Paid to your bWalletX paymail at the USD rate on payout day.
ID check over $1,000. Once you've been paid more than $1,000 in total, we'll ask you to verify your identity before the next payout.
Your tax is yours. You're responsible for any tax on what you're paid. We keep a record of every payout (transaction ID and value on the day) and can send you yours.

Can I join now?

Not yet. Partner links, tracking and payouts are still being built. Get a bWalletX paymail at bwalletx.com so you're ready when Partners opens.

Who can be a partner?

Anyone with a bWalletX paymail who follows the rules above.

Do I get paid for clicks or sign-ups?

No. Only when someone you referred actually pays for an eligible product, and only after the 30-day hold.

Why is there no commission on tokens?

Paying people to promote tokens or investments to people in the UK is a regulated financial promotion. We keep Partners to ordinary products: ads, wallet features, games and jobs.

What if a customer gets a refund?

The commission on that payment is cancelled. That's what the 30-day hold is for.

Who runs Partners?

The Bitcoin Corporation Ltd (company no. 16735102), which runs bAdvertisingX and bWalletX.
